Merlin Gerin CM3200N, circuit breakers found primarily in generator applications. The CM3200 is a 3200 amp at 80% and have two different model trip units installed. The Merlin Gerin breakers are obsolete and no longer available, so if you need a spare or replacement you should buy one now.
